We will notify our Japanese suppliers of all pre-ordered products after the order deadline of 22:00 every Sunday.
It typically takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive in Hong Kong. Once arrived, we will ship the goods within 1-2 business days. Thank you for your patience.

The estimated time is for reference only. If there is a delay in shipping from Japan, there may be a difference of 1-2 weeks.

As a small shop, we order goods individually from suppliers, so we have no control over the shipping time.
We will never accept order cancellations/exchanges/refunds due to a discrepancy between the waiting time and your expectations.

You can request a cancelled order and refund within 30 minutes of placing your order via email (somethinggoodstore.hk@gmail.com) / WhatsApp - 56619456 .
Once the deadline has passed, modifications, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds will no longer be possible.

We apologize. Since pre-ordered/near-stock items are picked up individually from the supplier, returns and exchanges are not possible.

Of course! We ship only after all items are collected. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Regarding orders and online stores

The modifiable content includes:
• The quantity of goods purchased may increase or decrease, but will not be less than 1 unit.
• Select the color/style/size of the item you wish to purchase, but you cannot transfer the purchase to a second item. • Recipient information, phone number, and address.

The online store only accepts payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, PayMe, Faster Payment System, Octopus, and AlipayHK.

Rest assured, shopping at our online store is safe. We use the latest security systems and encryption software to ensure the safety of your personal details, such as name, address, and bank details.

We are deeply sorry to learn that you received the wrong or damaged product. Please contact us as soon as possible at somethinggoodstore.hk@gmail.com . Please include your order number, the name/product code of the item you should have received, and any further details in the email.
We will contact you within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Regarding shipping

We use SF Express for shipping by default.

✦ Enjoy free SF Express shipping on single orders of $600 or more.
✦ Orders under $600 will be automatically paid for via SF Express with collect on delivery.

Special circumstances:
① A single purchase of $600 or more, including both in-stock and pre-order/near-stock items.
However, if you want to receive the in-stock product first, we can only offer one free shipping offer.
The other shipping fee needs to be paid in cash on delivery.

② Some items can be shipped via Hong Kong Post regular mail. Eligible items will be listed in the product description.
Some items require a standard postage fee of HKD 5/HKD 8 from Hong Kong Post. Please remember to pay the shipping fee in advance and check out together.
However, orders cannot include other items that cannot be shipped via regular mail.

Macau and Taiwan
Orders shipped to Macau and Taiwan will not be eligible for the free shipping offer . All orders will be shipped via SF Express with collect on delivery by default !

Normally, after placing an order, you will receive in-stock products within approximately 3-7 business days.
If you have pre-ordered a product, you will receive it within approximately 2-7 business days after the product arrives in Hong Kong.

For now, we are mainly accepting orders from customers in Macau and Taiwan.
By default, it will be shipped via SF Express with freight collect!
If you require your order to be shipped via other delivery methods offered by Hong Kong Post, please contact us after placing your order. We will help you estimate shipping costs and other details.

Regarding stores and store pickup

The store is located at Unit A-11, 9/F, Phase 4, Kwun Tong Industrial Centre, 436-484 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The store will offer all items in the in-stock area for on-site purchase, as well as online orders for in-store pickup.

Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, you can pick it up according to the store's opening hours.
You will need to provide your order number and phone number when you pick up your order.

Regarding returns/refunds

We're sorry, we don't offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if the product suffers major damage during shipping within Hong Kong (meaning it is no longer usable), please contact somethinggoodstore.hk@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, the name/product code of the item you should have received, and any further details in the email. We will notify you of the refund process within 3 business days.

We will only issue refunds in the following three situations.
1. If the Japanese supplier fails to provide the goods, we will refund the full amount of the affected goods.

2. If the goods delivered by the Japanese supplier are damaged during transit to Hong Kong, we will refund the full amount of the affected goods.

3. In the event of major damage to the product during shipping from Hong Kong, we generally consider the product as unusable. Upon verification, we will provide a full refund for the affected goods.

Refunds are subject to terms and conditions. Something Good Store reserves the right of final decision.

When using SF Express to send goods, it is necessary to provide Taiwan Customs with information about the goods, price, and recipient (including ID number).
Therefore, when the goods arrive in Hong Kong, we will request your Taiwan ID number via email so that the goods can enter Taiwan.
Meanwhile, Taiwanese customers are also reminded to download the "EZ WAY APP" and complete real-name authentication.
